February is here and the weather is still wet, cold and rather blustery. But rather than being cooped up in the house going stir crazy, why not venture out and seek shelter in a fabulous theatre? We’ve hand-picked the best shows to fill your half-term with happiness. And, we’ve also selected unmissable upcoming shows that you should book ahead for to avoid disappointment.
Mischief Theatre conjure up a show of grand illusion this half term, in a magic show like no other. In this ‘Goes Wrong’ show, Mischief Theatre play a hapless gang of magicians presenting a charity event. As the accidents spiral out of control, so does their fundraising target.
This half term Cirque du Soleil returns to London’s Royal Albert Hall with the European Premiere of LUZIA – a waking dream of Mexico. The imaginative and visually stunning show will see brand new acts never performed at The Royal Albert Hall before, in this breathtaking production.
Multi-award-winning musical, Matilda, is a treat for the whole family. Based on the beloved book by Roald Dahl, see the story brought to life on stage, with original songs by Tim Minchin. This half-term, take a trip back to school.
Half-term happiness doesn’t have to be just for kids – this one is just for the grown-ups! Beckett’s macabre comedy, Endgame – starring Daniel Radcliffe and Alan Cumming and directed by Richard Jones – is a story where hope and cruelty are the last things to die. Plus you can save up to 35% on select performances.
Based on Hollywood Blockbuster, The Wedding Singer is reimagined for the theatre stage, starring Kevin Clifton as Robbie Hart. Plus you can save up to 45% on performances up until 27th February.

Whoopi Goldberg and Jennifer Saunders star in Sister Act The Musical this summer. The newly adapted, smash-hit musical is now set in 2020, in this sparkling tribute to the universal power of friendship, sisterhood and music. Due to phenomenal demand, an extra week of shows has been added.
Opening in October for 10 weeks only, Good is reimagined by Olivier Award-winning director, Dominic Cooke. As the world faces its Second World War, John Halder, a decent, intelligent, music-loving German professor, finds himself swept along in a movement that crescendos towards an unthinkable finale. This strictly limited run will star David Tennant.
